Sam Aiston
Originally from Newcastle, Sam has been a professional footballer for 15 years and has made over 300 league appearances for Sunderland, Stoke, Chester, Shrewsbury, Tranmere, Northampton and Wrexham.
Sam has played in every division in the football league, including the premiership, has represented England at under 18 level and has a championship winners medal.
Now playing part time at Gainsborough FC Sam is in the final year of a business management degree and is set to begin a careeer in teaching from September.
Sam has worked for Crossbar for over a year now and is a fully qualified FA coach in football and is also qualified in basketball and rugby.
