Standards

 ‘Crossbar Coaching’ adhere to all ‘Football Association’ standards relating to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

Any coach that delivers for the organisation will have the following organisation standards in place:

  • Minimum FA level 2 Certificate In Coaching Football;
  • Coaching Disabled Footballers Course Certificate;
  • Introduction To Coaching Futsal Course Certificate;
  • FA Criminal Records Bureau Check;
  • FA Safeguarding Children Workshop Certificate:
  • FA Emergency Aid Certificate;
  • FA Coaches’ Association Membership.

‘Crossbar Coaching’ expects schools to request proof of all qualifications, references and relevant CRB checks. The organisation is also pleased to accept requests from schools and clubs for deployed coaches to undertake further training to meet their own needs/standards.
